This is a private, residential rental — not a tourist stay, not a short-term rental, and not for company use. The apartment is ideal for expats, families in transition, or professionals who need a quiet, comfortable home for several months in the city.
The apartment is ±150 m² with high ceilings, large windows, and total privacy. It's located in a beautifully renovated townhouse in the Zuid district — with all furniture, utilities (under fair use), and internet included in the monthly rent. You’ll enjoy a serene living space that feels more like a home than a rental.

All-In Rent: What’s Included
The monthly rent is all-in, meaning everything you need for a comfortable, private residential stay is included — no contracts to sign, no surprise bills, and no shared meters to manage.
Your monthly rent includes:
- Furnished Apartment (±150 m²)
Fully and tastefully furnished with high ceilings, oversized windows, quality furniture, lighting, rugs, artwork, kitchenware, bed linen, and towels. You only need to bring your suitcase. - Private Residential Use Only
This is a quiet, non-commercial space for personal use — ideal for expats, couples, or families relocating or staying in Antwerp for medium-term periods (4 months or more). Not available for short stays, tourist use, or company rentals. - Electricity
Included under fair use. No need to take over or activate a contract. - Water
Included for bathroom, kitchen, and laundry usage. - Heating
Central heating is included and keeps the home at a comfortable 22–23°C all year. Temperature is regulated by the owner, but you can adjust your own thermostatic radiator valves to your personal comfort. - Cooling
No air conditioning needed — the building naturally stays cool in summer and warm in winter thanks to thick walls and smart design. - High-Speed Internet (Wi-Fi)
Already installed, active, and included in your rent — suitable for remote work, video calls, and streaming. - Shared Washer & Dryer
You have access to a washing machine and dryer, shared only with me (the owner). Laundry space is available and well-maintained. - Waste Management
Local bin pickup and trash sorting, in line with Antwerp city services — no separate fees. - Building Charges & Maintenance
Includes maintenance of the hallway, staircase, facade, roof, and shared infrastructure. - Insurance (Owner’s Side)
Building insurance is covered. You are not required to insure the apartment, but personal liability insurance is recommended. - Cleaning of Common Spaces
Shared entrance and staircase are professionally cleaned and maintained. - Garden & Outdoor Area Maintenance
If your unit includes outdoor access, garden upkeep is taken care of seasonally. - On-Site Contact / Building Oversight
I live sometimes in the weekend in another part of the building and am available for quick assistance. A trusted local contact supports light repairs or practical help when needed — no anonymous landlords.
