3. Let’s Talk Dates
We’ll agree on your preferred arrival and departure dates (minimum stay is 4 months), and I’ll confirm availability.
4. Reservation & Deposit
Once we agree, a €500 deposit secures your booking. I’ll send you a simple private rental agreement (no companies, no VAT, just direct and clear).
5. Monthly Payment
Rent is paid monthly, by bank transfer, at the start of each month. No hidden fees or surprise costs.
6. Move-In Ready
Your apartment will be fresh, clean, and ready when you arrive — with bed linen, towels, kitchenware, Wi-Fi, and more.
7. Easy Living
You’ll have everything you need for a smooth stay: comfort, privacy, and personal support if needed.
8. Extensions
Need to stay longer? Easy. Rental terms are renewed per 4 months.
